I created this concept for the indie game Deliver Us for Scuttlebutt Games. The character was created early in the game's development as a grab bag of enemy types. Each required a unique function and a strong read from one another. I knew not all of them would be used, but I feel they compliment one another nicely.
Wally was our tank enemy. The idea was that his fists are so heavy that he can't be moved when they are down. I also wanted him to look the least aggressive of all the enemies. Maybe he's just looking for a friend.
