I created this concept for the indie game Deliver Us for Scuttlebutt Games. The character was created early in the game's development as a grab bag of enemy types. Each required a unique function and a strong read from one another. I knew not all of them would be used, but I feel they compliment one another nicely.
I designed Phil pretty early. I just loved the idea of this creepy goat popping up randomly in the game. Later I imagined he would charge at the player knocking away any packages, weapons, or Dims that had been collected.
