I created this concept for the indie game Deliver Us for Scuttlebutt Games. Deliver Us is a tense top-down twin-stick shooter action game with a surprisingly deep building, crafting, and resource management meta game.
This image is the background for out death screen. I didn't have much time to flesh out what hell would look like. Given more time I'd like to explore some more ideas. We had aspirations in which you play in Hell but we ran out of time.
